摘 要

中兴通讯股份有限公司（ZTE Corporation）是我国通信设备企业中的代表，近几年
在国内外市场中均取得了斐然的成绩。本文以中兴通讯公司为例，采用一系列专门的
分析技术和方法，借鉴国内外财务分析的理论和实践成果，对中兴通讯公司最近三年
有关的偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力等进行分析与评价，得出了该公司在2012-2014
年总体业绩水平呈现上升趋势，获利状况由2012年的亏损逐步转好至2014年盈利，
但利润仍显薄弱的结论。文章最后采用SWOT分析法，发现该公司在口碑、技术等方
面具有优势，但在盈利能力和费用支出上表现劣势，为此中兴通讯公司应该以国内4G
大发展等为契机，积极适应整个通讯市场激烈竞争的现实。本文希望通过以上分析为
相关信息需求者提供参考借鉴。

Abstract

ZTE Corporation is one of the representative in the field of Chinese communication
equipment. It has achieved remarkable results both at domestic and foreign markets over
the years. A case study of ZTE Corporation in the paper, which using a series of special
techniques and analysis methods and reference the financial analysis theory and practice
at home and abroad to analyze and evaluate the ZTE Corps debt solvency, profitability,
operating capacity and so on. In the years of 2012-2014, it is find that the company
aggregate performance shows a rising trend and profitability gradually from loss to profit ,
though the profit is still weak. SWOT analysis method is used in the end. Excellent public
reputation and technology are ZTE Corporation strength, but profitability and cost are poor
performance. ZTE Corporation should seize the opportunity of domestic 4G market and
positive to face the reality of fierce competition in the the communication market. Hope
above analysis can provide useful reference to information demanders.
