摘 要

保险资金由于具有特殊性，其运用已成为制约中国保险业未来发展的瓶颈，认清
并解决好保险资金运用的问题将有助于保险公司的长足发展。本文在对保险资金运用
的相关理论的基础上，运用文献研究法、调查研究法对中国平安保险股份有限公司保
险资金运用情况进行了探讨，分析了公司在资金运用中出现了风险机制不健全，资金
投资结构不合理等问题，并通过对这些问题进行剖析，提出了相应的对策和建议，希
望能使平安保险公司更好地开展投资业务，以获取更多的经济效益，促进公司的长期
稳定发展。

Abstract


Insurance funds, with particularity, its use has become a constraining bottleneck for
future development of China's insurance industry, and understand and resolve the rapid
development of the good use of insurance funds will help the insurance company. On the
basis of the theory of the use of insurance funds, the use of observation, documentary
research, case study method is the use of insurance funds of China Ping An Insurance Co.,
Ltd. carried out to explore, analyze the problems in the use of funds risk mechanism is not
perfect, the capital investment structure is not reasonable to analyze these problems, the
corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to make Ping An Insurance Company to
better carry out investment business, to get more economic benefits, and promote the
company's long-term stability and development.
