Genshin Impact Level 1-55 Beginner’s Upgrade Planning Strategy Guide (Updated On January 23)

Preface: Bilibili also wrote a guide for Hearthstone before it was up 7 years ago, and also recorded a lot of guide videos for other games. I hope this guide can help novices avoid detours. The following discussion is basically about characters with 0 life or low life, and is aimed at low- and low-Krypton players (reference below 1W, practical for monthly card players).

The previous one is a guide written in the 1.0 period before 1.1. Some additions will be made to the old guide, and the 1.1 guide experience will be written later.

New additions to version 2.4

With pretty good luck, I can draw resident Mona at 70, draw Mr. Lu at 80 (Wendy up), and draw Keli + Mona at 40. (Big guaranteed inheritance, I want Wendy!!!)

In 1.1, the Young Master pool added 50 and drew 3 Diona. He was satisfied and had 53 rounds of Painful Bow (crying).

Gan Yu draws 1 life and 1 Diluc for 100, which is quite popular. Xingqiu is also full of life.

Now let’s get to the point. Since the resources in Genshin Impact are scarce (Mola, experience items, resin, etc.), it is necessary to make certain plans in the early stage. Otherwise, it will be easy to find that you will find that you have upgraded to a high level. The character is relatively useless, the newly drawn powerful character is in an embarrassing dilemma and has no resources to upgrade. (Resources should be concentrated as much as possible to upgrade a few. The heroine wasted a lot of my resources)

First of all, let’s talk about the types of resources that need to be used to upgrade a character, including experience books (to improve the character’s level), weapon upgrade minerals and breakthrough materials, talent upgrade materials, and holy relics (to improve the character’s attributes), all of which will affect the character’s combat effectiveness. Generally speaking, the main C and the important deputy C should be maxed out as much as possible, and the less important auxiliaries can be a little lower. It doesn't matter if the shield breaking and reaction tools are not upgraded.

Below I will analyze these resources one by one so that everyone can use them efficiently and reduce unnecessary losses.

Character experience: Generally, it is recommended that the main C and important deputy C before level 60 directly reach the full level (if there is no shortage of experience books). After level 60, breakthrough is the first priority because the benefits of breakthrough are much greater than upgrading. Adventure level 35/40/45 If you don’t have too many experience books, you don’t need to fill them up. Just upgrade them a few levels. In other words, the character corresponding to adventure level 35 can reach 70 but lacks experience books, and can only rise to 61-63 (the same goes for 40/45). Although this game has level suppression, the impact is very small, and the previous analysis is also poor. The first level reduces the damage by three thousandths, so when resources are scarce, the cost-effectiveness of leveling up is not high (sometimes you also have to consider the resources left by drawing new characters). Less important auxiliaries such as Barbara can be 10-20 levels lower, ensuring that the ultimate move can raise about half of the health (Main C). It is said that Wendy’s ultimate move can be used by low-level enemies at level 20. Since I don’t have Wendy, I will mention it for reference only (currently out of print). There is no difference between the level 1 shield breaker and the full level shield breaker, so you don’t need to upgrade them like Lisa, Amber and Kaia.

Weapons: Similar to character experience, the main characters can be upgraded first (when resources are scarce, breakthroughs are still greater than upgrades), and the secondary characters can be upgraded slightly. For example, Barbara's best weapon is Dragon Fighting Hero Tan (the online ability is useless). The secondary attribute plus life can increase Barbara's healing amount. It is very suitable to increase attack when the effect is killing people, but Barbara is more The treatment is poor (compared to Qiqi and Qin), so you don’t need to reach the level of the character to beg the dragon.

If you don’t draw a good character in the early stage, you have to adapt accordingly. If the main C is Xiang Ling (it’s relatively easy to get, it will be given after beating Abyss 3-3). It is recommended that Liyue open the exquisite or above box (refined 5) White Sakura Gun, which can be upgraded. You can use Adventure 35 when you reach level 50 (don't go too high if you're tired in the later stage). This way you can easily transition when fighting monsters, and it can be used as experience to strengthen other weapons. The Liuyue Needle forged by the mixed damage master C (should be upgraded as much as possible) can deal some damage with physical + fire damage, but it is weak in high-level abyss, and it can still be played very comfortably in the main world. As an auxiliary, you can use the forged trial star scythe to give priority to stack charging, preferably around 200, to become a qualified Guo Ba Huo Lun Zhenjun. Of course, if there are five-star weapons, five-star weapons are definitely the best. I won’t discuss them here and will only talk about 3-4-star weapons. (Currently, only Xiangling can use guns, and Bennett is indeed better at assisting than Xiangling. The next version of the Xin Yanhuo Great Sword doesn’t seem to be very efficient in firing, so we’ll have to wait and see when it comes out)

Xiangling is not suitable for players with many roles (the main C has many choices). The current version is not suitable for the main C. It is best to be the deputy C. Amber is at the bottom and does not discuss the value. He breaks the shield and has two fire tools. Bennett assists the first brother. It has the best compatibility with C, the main element of the fire system.

Recommend Xiangling Bennett Xingqiu Chongyun's four-person four-star fast-cutting team. Low life can be played with high life to take off. Disadvantages: It requires 4 people to practice. The overall resource consumption is more than that of a single master C. Advantages: It is easy to obtain four stars, relatively brainless and simple. It also has high intensity in the later stage, which is not worse than the low-life five-star C. The environmental applicability is also great. wait.

The forged weapon embryos can be exchanged for rock seals at the jewelry store in Liyue, and Mond can be exchanged for one-handed sword embryos. Dragons and wolves also have a chance to drop every week. There is a two-handed sword embryo in the Dada Upa Valley quest. You can get the embryo after completing the knowledge.

In the early stage of the bow system, you can use the slingshot and the white cherry gun above. Later, the main output player Fischer can bring a bow to hide and assist Jue Xin. If you don't have any, use forged ones. Main C steel wheel bow, auxiliary trial-making (Amber can lead trial-making), compared with steel wheel bow trial-making, it is more versatile.

Two-Handed Sword: Convincing People with Reason and the White Sakura Spear. Everyone can use the Guhua Trial, while the White Shadow Sword is exclusive to the Maid. Both of them are forged and easy to get.

Legal weapons: In the early stage, you can use Jade Sphere and Magical Introduction, preferably Grade A Baojue (unfortunately, I don’t have one). You can always use Dragon Begging if you want to save resources. I won’t talk about smoking (it’s troublesome to talk about). For forging, I usually use the Atlas of All Nations and Seas (although it is common but easy to get). When trying to make gold amber, you usually need to add a little milk to a magic system when you are short of a healer in the abyss. (This is how I got to 11-2, but Mona brought low damage).

One-Handed Sword: In the early stage, you can use the Lucky Man Set to equip the Sword of Dawn. The Otsuki Black Sword (I don’t know what it will be in the next chapter) can be exchanged with the mall for good explosive damage, but unfortunately the price is too high and I am not willing to buy/exchange it. I also have Dragon Roar in the Box and Flute Sword. Unfortunately, I don’t have any good one-handed sword characters. The two forged ones are not very good, the Rock Cutting Qingqing is barely usable, and the Iron Bee Sting is used as a auxiliary.

Someone recommended the Tiger Fish Knife before, but I ignored it because I didn’t have one at the time. It is indeed a good transitional weapon in the early and mid-term (personally recommend upgrading it to 60 at most). However, due to the low basic attack growth in the later stage, if the physical level is good, Zhanyan is still recommended. (The built-in CD of the fish knife effect lasts for more than ten seconds and is still a single body)

Talent materials: In the early stage, you can exchange some green ones at the jewelry store, and there will be very few drops from completing the dungeon. There is not much difference between the blue and green drops at levels 40 and 45. The biggest difference is that one drops purple and the other does not (but the drop rate of purple is also very low). Main C’s general talents should keep up. The adventure level 40 talents should be at least level 4-5 and preferably level 6. Above level 6, you need to upgrade the materials dropped by dragons, wolves, and young masters every week. It is very rare and may not be dropped if you are unlucky. You need it. s material. Priority is given to auxiliary skill upgrades, followed by basic attack skills or not. (A level 60 character's breakthrough will unlock the second talent, and special breakthrough attributes will not be added when the character unlocks the talent.)

After Adventure 45, it is enough to reach 6 talents for the time being. At this time, the improvement of priority holy relics will be the greatest, because the holy relics will definitely drop gold. At the same time, the higher the talent level, the more materials and molas will be consumed. It is basically a "bottomless pit". With the current amount of resources, it is impossible to upgrade several characters.

Holy Relic: This was a hotly debated topic on the forum. "Should I brush it at 40 or 45? Should I use resin brushes?" became the main focus of the discussion. Personally, I think you can keep all the resins before level 45 (if you are not in a hurry to upgrade), because it is really difficult to get good entries for holy relics. You may not be able to get a good set of golden holy relics (the main entry is good) even if you get a dozen or so resins. At least 3 good entries). So if you didn't save it before, you will be stuck for a long time when you try to get the holy relics at this time. So the best way is to use the recovered stamina to buy some usable ones between 40-45. If the holy relics dropped from dragons, wolves, and wild elites have good attributes, you don't need to buy holy relics at levels 40-45. Just like I had never played a fire book before reaching 45 to clear Master Lu’s holy relics. With Gladiator and Orchestra Mona, I could clear a 45 book in 3-4 minutes (remember to take drugs), and the 45 fire book was even better than 40 is much easier. At the same time, if you really can't grind 45, you can still play a low-level version and grind again.

Summary of Holy Relics: Depending on the equipment situation after 40, you can use the recovered physical strength to brush the Holy Relics. Try to save the resin for use after 45. The disadvantage of this is that it will take nearly 2 months to upgrade to 45 (without buying stamina). However, according to the current game content of Genshin Impact, it is useless to upgrade too fast, and there will be nothing to play later. At least version 1.1 has nothing special that requires a high level to unlock/experience. Another disadvantage is that the talent materials of dragons and wolves may be less than those of players at the same time due to slower upgrades.

Weapon breakthrough materials: Generally, when the adventure reaches level 40, the player's team is basically determined. At the same time, the adventure level 40 weapon breakthrough book has also reached the top, so during this period, 40-42/3 can freely farm some urgently needed resources such as level breakthroughs. Material. After that, you must give priority to getting weapon breakthrough materials. This period is the most cost-effective. Reserve some materials so that you can break through after 50. After 45, you don't need to get weapon breakthrough materials. The energy saved by having one less item to grind can be allocated more rationally.

Generally, 45-50 is only one month. If you have saved a lot of resin before and haven't brushed it, you can probably reach 50 a week earlier. The Genshin Impact version is updated for about a month, so there is no need to worry that the previous weapons will become worse in the next version. Of course, at least it can definitely be used by players with a low level of krypton. (unless the weapon is really bad)

At the same time, if you really want to upgrade the weapon to a lower version, you can reserve materials in advance to upgrade it. In short, it is not a loss.

Finally, let’s talk about resource allocation before 40. For 1-10, you can not upgrade or equip the equipment at all and rely on the protagonist to play other characters for assistance. After level 10, you will receive a large wave of card drawing resources and start drawing cards to determine the short-term development route based on the drawn characters.

Note: The novice pool and the free encountering edge for permanent users are the best (the mall can exchange 5 pieces every month). Try to buy the original stones to draw the UP pool. The novice pool can only draw 2 10-company 8 encounters each time. The advantage is that it will not produce a five-star weapon but a five-star character, so generally the initial number must draw it. The disadvantage is that there is no guarantee of five stars, so you can only draw one maid and another four stars. So I can’t say which one to choose from these two pools. It’s up to you to choose.

Except for Qiqi, all five-star characters can be used as the main C. It’s not like Qiqi can’t be the main C in the early stage. After all, her healing relies on attack power. Therefore, it is generally right to draw five stars in the early stage without thinking. If you draw Mr. Lu and Keli, I recommend giving priority to Mr. Lu. Although Keli has a high burst, it is not very easy to use before 2 lives (poor feel, too brittle, etc.). Unless you don’t have Mr. Lu, it is not recommended to upgrade (to fight the Abyss Double Fire). It can be upgraded, but it costs resources).

Four stars can master C's Lei Ze, Ning Guang, Fischer, and Chongyun (not sure), and the second-tier Xiang Ling and Beidou. I have never used Maid. It is said that the 6 life master C is very powerful and can still survive in the abyss DPS. It's not clear if the ability is very high, but the life is low. The other characters are generally auxiliary. In the next version, Mr. Lu’s subordinate Xin Yan can be used as C. Amber is the most useless, Kaia is currently worthless (the next version of Diona will be completely destroyed), and Lisa (if you don't have thunder, you can practice a little transition). I don’t know if granulated sugar and xingqiu can be used. C has not been used. It is said that Bennett is a very strong support player and Xiangling would not be good without him.

From the tenth level onwards, you can start to practice targeted training based on which good characters you have drawn. Intermediate tasks and boxes, as well as rough stones given in daily activities and activities, can generally draw five-star characters, so that you have at least one five-star C and 4-star C also has some support. Once you reach 30-40 and start playing in the abyss, there will be less pressure. Try not to farm Leylines before reaching 40. Personally, I feel that it is a disadvantage because your resources are enough to upgrade several characters. Wait for the event (I spent a week in the previous Elemental Furnace to grind the event experience book, and it cost more) or I am really short of 40, and then grind again. The reward of 45 currently spent is no different from 50, so it is not a big loss.

The priority of 10-40 stamina brushing: character breakthrough materials (you can brush holy relics by the way) > weapon breakthrough materials > talent materials > holy relics book is greater than or equal to Leyline Flower. If there is an event in the middle, it depends on what is in the activity book.

Supplement: Before 18, you can only brush flowers. After that, if you don’t open the whole map, you can use multiple weapon breakthroughs. Of course, these are not the key points. The critical period is after 30 years old. Follow the recommended order. Before 30 years old, if you have excess physical strength, you can brush flowers. If possible, you would rather brush other materials. Some people refute the importance of flowers, but flowers are really not as abundant as those provided by activities, such as 1.0 furnace and 1.1 star extinguishing. A little calculation will show that it is a blessing to farm flowers on a regular basis. (It is expected that there will be a similar activity in every version in the future.) After all, you have a certain amount of physical energy every day. Really, unless you are not short of materials and have enough physical strength, you will never make money by spending money.

————————————————45-50——————————————————

Let’s talk about what needs to be done after 45 to 50 to rationally utilize resources.

Starting from level 45, about 1-2 levels are mainly used to farm holy relics. The holy relics after 45 are guaranteed to have 1 gold (but the entries are difficult to farm), and the holy relics can improve the character the most, so save them before using them. A lot of resin is happily brushed up. The auxiliary of the clan must be brushed, and many auxiliaries require the clan set. The treatment book is also a must, and you can also use the wind blower. The remaining few are up to your main C to brush. Holy relics are the most difficult to brush and the most resin-consuming place after 45. The main reason is that good entries are difficult to brush (hourglass, cup and head).

The resin will definitely be finished around level 47. At this time, you can start to brush the talent material book to increase the talent level. Since the materials used to defeat the weekly bosses (if they are not black) can now be used to upgrade talents up to level 8, you can also grind more and wait for a certain talent to be fully upgraded at level 50.

When you reach 48, you must start to collect character breakthrough materials. Currently, I personally feel that the drops of wild elites and bosses have not improved significantly after 50 breakthroughs. It is indeed possible for Wolf Adventure to drop 3 talent materials at level 50, but the probability is low depending on luck. Since the drop rate of high-level character breakthrough materials (fragments) is very low, you can generally only upgrade one person to character level 90 without losing money. If you want to upgrade two people, things like Eternal Fire and Extremely Cold Core will There is some overflow.

Although the flowers you grind after 45 are the biggest reward, it is generally not recommended if you don’t lack Mora and experience books. You can also get a lot of them by relying on the activities of each version.

55 Adventure means that the wild bosses such as Ice and Fire Tree in World 8 will definitely drop a Golden Saint Relic. After level 50, there is actually no need for planning. Basically, you just farm what you need.
